                    Christ Centered Support Group Meeting
                                       
With Churches conveniently positioned in neighborhoods all across this nation Free N One will train members of local congregations on how to operate a successful
group meeting,  Once your church is trained you will join others as we provide a healthy and safe place for addicts/alcoholics and their family members to recive help.
Having a successful support group as a part of your ministry has turned out to be a vital evangelistic tool for many ministries. Recovering people are desperately
looking for a place to "fit-in" at church.  They know that Jesus is the answer to their problems but they don't see the church as a safe place to address their needs.  
Free N One Drug and Alcohol program &TOUGH-LOVE support group gives them that safe place. Tough Love will introduce family members to                       and
establishing healthy boundaries and help them recognize the dangers of ENABLING and CODEPENDENCY.

                                                                                    Out-Patient Services
We also operate a out-patient program in the Los Angeles area. Free N One out-patient program is a social model program with a Christ Centered component. Free
N One offers one on one counseling, group counseling educational, rehabilitative and  prevention treatment, for persons suffering from alcohol and drug abuse.
Licesene by the State of California Drug and Alcohol Department we also offer Anger Management and Parenting Courses. Enrollment is simple and treatment is
beneficial no matter what the issue may be.
Listed below are some of the many services we provide.  
•        Drug and alcohol recovery counseling
Recovery starts one day at a time and at Free N One we understand that group and individual sessions are necessary to full mental health.  We cover all issues
concerning recovery and the family in the sessions.  Counselors are certified and well-versed.  Our staff is ready to meet with you and your family today!
•        Relapse Prevention
Stopping the drugs or alcohol is often times not the most challenging part of recovery for the addict/alcoholic.  Many times "staying stopped" or maintaining sobriety
becomes issue. Relapse prevention is a major component to Free N One's curriculum.
•        Parenting courses
Every family member is affected by issues in the household, but the parents must have the tools to manage stress, trauma and life's daily troubles.  Our Parenting
classes our lead by Professional Specialists who listen and advise clients based on clinical research and social models methods.  
•        Anger Management
Often times emotions are uncontrollable in situations that cause stress.  We offer Anger Management Courses that deal with identifying problems and coping with
unmanageable feelings.  Whether you or someone you know has an issue with negative emotions and desire help, we're here for you.
